Processing Time
Orders are handcrafted in small batches and typically ship within 2-3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
International Shipping We now ship to the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Flat rate shipping applies:
- Middle East (UAE, Israel) — $28.00 (10–14 business days)
- Africa — $28.00 (12–18 business days)
- Asia (Singapore, etc.) — $28.00 (10–16 business days)
Shipping rates include an estimated duties and customs buffer. Your order will arrive with no additional fees due at delivery. Note: in rare cases, local customs may assess additional charges beyond our estimate.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. For lost or damaged packages, please contact us at hello@seraphstone.store with your order number and photos.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@seraphstone.store with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement if needed.
Delays
While rare, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. We'll keep you updated if any delays affect your order.
